Corporate Services Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Managing company incorporations across multiple jurisdictions, including preparation of constitutional documents, shareholder agreements, and corporate resolutions
  • Overseeing corporate governance processes, ensuring compliance with local company law requirements and maintaining statutory registers
  • Coordinating with clients, regulatory authorities, registrars, and service providers to facilitate smooth incorporation and ongoing corporate administration
  • Handling documentation related to corporate compliance, annual filings, statutory returns, and regulatory submissions
  • Supporting corporate restructuring processes, including share transfers, director changes, and capital increases
  • Assisting with banking coordination, including preparation of corporate documentation for account opening applications
  • Maintaining accurate corporate records and managing deadlines for annual compliance obligations
    Liaising with legal counsel on complex corporate matters and transactional support

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in corporate services, company secretarial work, or similar role
  • Strong understanding of corporate law and governance principles
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Fluency in English required; knowledge of Greek is an advantage

Compliance & Due Diligence Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting comprehensive KYC/AML checks and due diligence procedures for corporate and individual clients in accordance with Cyprus and EU regulations
  • Preparing and reviewing detailed compliance packs, onboarding documentation, and client risk assessments
  • Analyzing complex ownership structures, beneficial ownership chains, and source of funds/wealth documentation
  • Working closely with legal and banking partners on account opening processes, coordinating submission of compliance documentation and responding to banks' queries
  • Monitoring regulatory updates and ensuring internal procedures remain aligned with evolving AML/CFT standards
  • Conducting ongoing monitoring of existing clients, including screening against sanctions lists and adverse media
  • Preparing compliance reports, risk assessments, and internal compliance documentation
  • Supporting client onboarding interviews and gathering additional information when required
  • Assisting with regulatory filings and liaising with competent authorities when necessary

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Compliance, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in compliance, AML/KYC, or due diligence roles (preferably in financial services, law firm, or corporate services provider)
  • Strong knowledge of Cyprus and EU AML/CFT regulations
  • Experience with compliance software and screening tools
  • Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
  • Fluency in English required; knowledge of Greek is an advantage

Administrative & Client Support Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Managing day-to-day administrative operations and ensuring smooth office workflow
  • Assisting with document preparation, filing systems, and maintaining organized client records
  • Supporting client onboarding processes by collecting and organizing required documentation
  • Coordinating communications with external service providers, including banks, registrars, accountants, and notaries
  • Scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling client correspondence
    Preparing letters, agreements, and other administrative documents as required
  • Assisting with invoicing, tracking of payments, and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Managing office supplies, equipment, and general office maintenance
  • Providing front-office support, answering phone calls, and greeting clients
  • Supporting the legal and compliance teams with administrative tasks and document management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in administration or business support
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, client support, or office management role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Customer-service oriented with a professional and friendly demeanor
  • Fluency in English required; knowledge of Greek is an advantage
